It’s primarily for wilderness PvM as it’s basically just an upgraded Craw’s Bow. To get it outside of the wilderness, you’ll need a Craw’s Bow and a Venenatis Fang which you can buy on the GE for 39m. It’s really useless outside of the wilderness so unless you’re planning on doing wilderness pvm, I’d definitely recommend you don ... Do not use Craws bow. You can easily be 1 shot by pures at your level with a dbow (even easier if they follow up with dragon thrown axe). Craws bow means you risk >100k at a minimum per death unskulled.
